Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties

The acclaimed bachelor party could be the most anticipated night in a man’s life, perhaps, with the exception of his wedding night. But it’s not only a tribute to debauchery before settling down – it’s a time for men to be men. This sometimes involves some kind of cake, a gentleman’s club, favorite bar or unfortunate hotel room.

In our experience there have been no designated drivers invited to any bachelor party (though sometimes to bachelorette galas) and Park Cities Limousine offers the solution of transporting the reveling band in luxury and safety from place to place. All you will have to worry about is whether or not the champagne is still flowing. And if you run out of ideas, our drivers know a few places that should delight.

And for the Ladies
Girls like to bond also. Park Cities Limousine can make the night before a memorable one. Let us whisk your party away for a night of relaxation or frenzy. Usually the evening is begun with dinner at the bride-to-be’s favorite restaurant. For the more adventurous we can take you to one of the many “male reviews” that are found in the area. Safety is first in our mind so all you have to do is have fun.

We take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about designated drivers, parking, how to get somewhere and, above all, wasting time that should be spent in merry making. The Bachelorette’s limousine comes fully stocked with libations and a complimentary bottle of champagne and, upon request, flowers and chocolates. Some groups like to relax before their night out with a session at a spa or a spat of shopping. Whatever your plans, Park Cities is ready to exceed your expectations.

For the Organization Guy

The Best Man is responsible for the Bachelor Party and Park Cities Limousine has partnered with the best of the best. Generally the groom does not know what he’s doing but you will and the groom will count on this. Success in all phases of a wedding is found in the details. If something is out of place it will noticed – big time. Think of a wedding as the continuum of a number of discrete moments seeking symmetry and that you are the one solely in charge. Your reputation sometimes hinges on this and you must be in best form throughout the Bachelor Party and what follows. Here are some things you must contend with the day after. Since Park Cities Limousine is often involved in the wedding itself, our chauffeurs can lend a hand if needed.

You must organize the first few hours of the groom’s and groomsmen’s activities. This involves getting them bolstered, fed, dressed, pointed and moving in the right direction. Groomsmen are often in it only for the booze and cannot be held responsible for anything.

Ensure that out-of-town guests have transportation to and from the wedding. You are going to be too busy to do it yourself so a hired shuttle sedan might be the answer.

Make sure the groomsmen know how to escort wedding guests to seats. This is not something to practice too late in the night before. Very simply, the right, crooked elbow is offered to the female attendee and the two walk very slowly down the aisle with her significant other following closely behind. Tell guys to sit wherever they want but be aware of any special seating instructions.

Inspect the groom as he dresses. A badly knotted tie or missing cufflink are frowned upon. He might need aspirin or moral support. You are his manager and expect top performance.

Talk to the clergy or officiant beforehand to find out if everything is in place. If it is not, make it so.

Hold and hand over the ring during the ceremony. Do not put the ring in the pocket of a rented tux because a surprising number have holes. Bring a spare ring of your own to hand over and fool the guests if you do the unimaginable.

Give the clergy or officiant payment for services. A blank check is good to have if the bride’s family has forgotten to do this.

Propose a toast at the reception.

Ensure appropriate transportation for the getaway.

Piece of cake. You’re not the one getting married.
